Marianna Shirinyan, born on September 25, 1978 in Yerevan, Armenia, is a pianist known for her contributions to classical music. She established herself as a sought-after soloist and chamber musician. Between 1998 and 2006, she held a part-time teaching position at the Musikhochschule Lübeck in Germany and worked with the Orchestra Academy of the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival. Shirinyan released her debut album Il Viaggio. Her other albums include Mozart Piano Concertos no 12&23 and Chopin Chamber music. Throughout her career, she performed with leading orchestras such as the Danish National Symphony Orchestra and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, collaborating with conductors like Hans Graf and Lawrence Foster. Her repertoire includes works by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, and Schumann. She won numerous awards, including first prizes in the Youth Chamber Music Competition in Paderborn in 1994 and the International Lion's Competition in 2002.
