Yury Revich, born Yury Alexandrowitsch Rewitsch on August 28, 1991, in Moscow, is an Austrian violinist and composer of Russian origin. He began playing the violin at age six and entered the Central Music School of the Moscow Conservatory at seven. In 2005, Revich became a student of Viktor Pikaisen and later studied at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien from 2009 to 2016. He made his debut at Carnegie Hall in May 2009 with Daniil Trifonov and at La Scala in September 2013. Revich has performed at venues including the Berlin Philharmonie, Vienna Musikverein, and Salle Pleyel, collaborating with orchestras such as La Verdi Milano and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Notable conductors he has worked with include Mikhail Pletnev and Liana Isakadze. Revich's album releases include Concertos Overtures (2013) and Vivaldi & Piazzolla: 8 Seasons (2015).
