Ellis Taylor, professionally known as Show N Prove, was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. A native of the Scottish capital, he began producing music in the early 2000s while working with local hip‑hop acts, gaining a breakthrough by producing Baby Blue’s track "Sometimes". The success prompted a move to London, where he collaborated with artists such as Rizzle Kicks, Tinchy Stryder, Wretch 32, Dappy and Benny Banks, producing the single "Bada Bing" that featured in the film Fast & Furious 6 and appeared on its soundtrack. In 2013 he released his debut album Zimma Frame, followed by the single "If Only" in 2014. Throughout his career Show N Prove maintained a presence on the UK club circuit, DJing from the age of fourteen and performing across the UK. His work earned him recognition within the UK electronic and rock scenes, with "Bada Bing" achieving notable chart placement and media exposure.
