Hannah Trigwell is an independent and self-taught singer-songwriter from Leeds. Having garnered over 120 million YouTube views, numerous top ten international singles, including two Number one singles in Laos and Vietnam and more than 700,000 total followers online, Hannah Trigwell’s journey is a unique one.
Hannah began her career busking on the streets of her hometown (Leeds, UK) before uploading videos of her performances onto YouTube. During her biology studies at the University of Leeds, Hannah released two EPs of original music, and toured the UK and Europe 3 times. During the same year as achieving a Biology Honours degree, Hannah also won ‘Best Unsigned Artist’ in the Online Music Awards.
Hannah was tipped as ‘One To Watch’ by national publications, and was introduced as ‘The People’s Popstar’ when featured on ITV’s ‘Lorraine’. After performing at Isle Of Wight Festival, Hannah completed a tour of the UK and Europe, supporting Jeremy Loops as well as performing to over 1,500 fans in Doha, Qatar. Hannah was hand-picked to support Walk Off The Earth on tour, with the final show at a sold out Brixton o2 Academy in London.
Hannah released her debut album 'RED' on August 31st. 'RED' received high praise in numerous 4/5 star reviews, and the album saw great international chart success - including reaching #4 in Malaysia.
