AmigOz, a Spanish musical group, was formed in 2013 by Salva García, the former bassist of folk-metal band Mägo de Oz. The project aimed to reunite ex-members of Mägo de Oz and revive some of their early material. AmigOz's debut performance took place on September 14, 2013, at the Fiestas Patronales in Madridejos, Spain. Following a successful first concert, the band decided to continue performing and began working on original songs. In 2015, they released a promotional CD titled Gracias Chile, featuring three original tracks. Their self-titled debut album, AmigOz, was released in 2017 by AvispaMusic, including notable singles "Amigo" and "Soy lo que buscas". The band gained significant traction with performances across Spain, notably at the Día de la Música concert in Madrid's Plaza Maestro Victoria in 2018.
