Corinna Simon, born in Berlin, Germany, began her piano studies at age five. She was accepted into the Julius Stern Institute at twelve and later studied under Ingeborg Wunder at the Berlin University of the Arts and Ludwig Hoffmann at the Munich University of Music and Performing Arts. Her debut solo performance took place in 1984 at the Berlin Philharmonie. Throughout her career, Simon has performed internationally, collaborating with notable conductors such as Jakov Kreizberg and Walter Weller. Since 1989, Simon has led an educational program for gifted youth in Berlin. Her discography includes works by Bach, Beethoven, and others. Notable albums include Rhapsody in Blue – Piano Works (2013) featuring George Gershwin's compositions and L’Album des Six (2019).
