Originated in Bogota, Colombia back in 2008, when the band began the preproduction of
their first album “The Mechanical Renaissance”, defining an Industrial/Harsh EBM sound.
In early 2009, the band signs to German label NoiTekk, to later release its debut album
entitled "The Mechanical Renaissance" in 2010. Later the band would release the second
album “The Frozen Shrines of Obsÿdÿana” on physical format under the same label.
The album added symphonic elements to the already familiar Harsh EBM and Industrial
sounds. Later signed to the Russian label Insane Records (2015), the band releases a
Deluxe version of “The Frozen Shrines of Obsÿdÿana” on digital format.
Boosting the momentum of two releases and numerous participations in compilations
around the world, Psyborg Corp releases in 2020 the 3rd album, “Highways to Zenith”,
where Synthwave, and Industrial sounds mix in a powerful journey into new dimensions!
This album is the band’s take on the 80's Sci-fi and cyberpunk nostalgia of sounds and
aesthetics.
