Jordan Hunt is a composer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and podcast host whose music inhabits the space between classical, cinematic and song. Classically trained, he creates deeply emotional work that blends orchestral colours and piano landscapes with electronic terrain and enigmatic strings. His songs draw from lived experience of love, loss and transformation, uniting vulnerability with compositional craft.
In 2025, his single Between Worlds - commissioned by ENBYouthCo and inspired by Akram Khan’s Giselle - was chosen as Artist of the Week on Kerrang! Radio. Alex Baker described it as “mesmerising… his talent knows no bounds,” calling Hunt’s voice “beautiful and haunting.” PopTopic.au likewise hailed him as “one of the best artists we’ve ever stumbled across… better than most top-tier artists on Spotify.”
Hunt’s discography spans both pop and classical, with airplay on BBC Radio 3, 6Music, Kerrang! and Soho Radio. He has performed internationally with Olivia Chaney, The Irrepressibles, and The Hidden Cameras, and his music has been commissioned and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic, Philharmonia and London Sinfonietta, under conductors including Oliver Knussen and James MacMillan. He is co-founder of the Principle Six label and Musical/Associate Director of the Theo Adams Company, where his work includes associate direction for FKA twigs’ international ‘Magdalene’ tour.
Alongside collaborations with Lana Del Rey, Kylie Minogue, Dua Lipa and Olly Alexander, Hunt has composed for Dior, Alexander McQueen, Hermès and Louis Vuitton. His score for Theo Adams Company’s short film Safety Curtain debuted on Channel 4. In early 2026 he releases Music for Dance Unseen - an eight-part cycle for string quartet and piano recorded at Echo Zoo Studios - a body of work that transforms lockdown solitude into sweeping, wordless soundscapes of connection and catharsis.
