Matthew J. Tow is an Australian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist known for his work under various monikers, including Colorsound. Under the name Colorsound, Tow released typically instrumental and experimental music, including You're Only As Good As Your Sound in 1994. This was followed by other albums such as Soundtrack For An Imaginary Life (1998), Auspicious Beginnings (2001), Kaleides Into Me (2003), and A Higher Station (2004). Tow has also fronted the Lovetones and played with the Brian Jonestown Massacre.
