Отпетые мошенники (Otpetye Moshenniki) is a Russian pop group from Saint Petersburg formed on December 8, 1996. The core trio consisted of Sergei Surovenko, Igor Bogomazov, and Viacheslav Zinurov. The group made its early public appearance at the Tantsuyushchiy Gorod festival in Cherepovets. Their debut album, Iz tsvetnogo plastilina (“From Colored Plasticine”), was released in 1997, followed by Vsyako-razno (“All Sorts of Things”) in 1998 and Fignya in 1999. Later releases included Lipkie ruki 2 (“Sticky Hands 2”) (2000), Provokatsiya (“Provocation”) (2002), and Eksklyuzivnye treki (“Exclusive Tracks”) (2004).
