Stephen Ray Brock, known professionally as Stevie Brock, was born on October 23, 1990, in Dayton, Ohio. At age eleven, he signed with WIRE Records and released his debut single "All for Love", a cover of Color Me Badd's hit. His self-titled debut album Stevie Brock followed in June 2003. Brock collaborated on the track "Boy Next Door" with Triple Image and appeared as a guest vocalist on several Radio Disney compilations, including Radio Disney Jams, Vol. 6, Disneymania 2. He also contributed to the soundtrack of the animated film Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers with "Three Is a Magic Number" alongside Greg Raposo and Matt Ballinger. Brock toured extensively in his early career, including performances on Aaron Carter's "Aaron's Jukebox World Tour".
