Founder of the Confetti's and Cartouche projects, Belgian producer and programmer Serge Ramaekers is a specialist in club music. Cartouche's career can be summed up by his only hit, "Feel the Groove", released in 1991 , a minor number 13 in the French charts. Cartouche's only album, House Music All Night Long, was released the same year, but failed to meet with any success.
