Jeffrey Foskett, born on February 17, 1956, in San Jose, California, was an American guitarist and singer. He began his musical journey in the 1970s and formed several bands, including Reverie Rhythm Rockers and the Pranks. His breakthrough came when he met Brian Wilson in 1976, leading to a long-standing collaboration with Wilson and the Beach Boys. Foskett joined the Beach Boys' touring band in late 1982, performing falsetto parts until 1990. He later became the musical director for Brian Wilson's solo tours, contributing lead vocals on songs like "Don't Worry Baby" and "The Warmth of the Sun". In 1996, Foskett debuted as a solo artist with Thru My Window. He was diagnosed with stage 4 anaplastic thyroid cancer in early 2018. His final album as a solo artist, Voices, was released in 2019. He passed away on December 11, 2023.
