Franz Seeberger, known by the stage name Marc Seaberg, was a German singer and musician. Seaberg began performing in the mid-1960s with several beat bands. Solo recordings include the single "Looking for Freedom" (1978), which was produced by Jack White and reached number 16 on the German charts and number 18 in Austria. The track later became a hit for David Hasselhoff in 1989. Their discography includes the albums California Gold (1979), Feeling So High (1980), and Never Give It Up (1982), the latter released as Marc Seaberg & Lipstick. The single "Holiday" (1981) was performed on the television program ZDF-Hitparade. From 2007, the artist performed with the revival group The Mystic Eyes. Seaberg passed away in 2024.
