Christina Henriette "Jerney" Kaagman, born on July 9, 1947 in Netherlands, is a Dutch singer. She attended Huygens Lyceum and was part of the school choir and band, The Rangers, before joining Earth and Fire in September 1969 as their lead vocalist. With Earth and Fire, Kaagman released singles and albums like "Seasons/Hazy Paradise" (1970) and Atlantis (1973). She remained with the group until its split in 1983, after which she released two solo albums: Made on Earth (1984) and Run (1987), featuring notable singles such as "Allright, Here I Am" and "Running Away from Love". Kaagman also worked extensively in the music industry, serving as president of the Dutch musicians' union BV Pop and public relations manager at Noordzee FM. She was appointed Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau in 2009. Kaagman announced her retirement in October 2012 due to Parkinson's disease.
