Nguyễn Bằng Kiều, also known as Bằng Kiều, born July 13, 1973, in Hanoi, Vietnam, is a Vietnamese ballad singer. He began his musical journey studying bassoon at Hanoi Music Institute in 1989 and founded the band Chìa Khóa Vàng (Golden Key). From 1990 to 1996, he was a member of Hoa Sữa (Milk Flower), and in 1998, he established Quả Dưa Hấu (Watermelon), which disbanded in 2000, marking his transition to a solo career. Kiều's debut album Chuyện lạ was released in 2000, followed by Chị tôi. In 2002, he relocated to America and married female singer Trizzie Phuong Trinh. His subsequent albums include Một lần nữa xin có nhau (2009), Tôi đã mong mình quên (2011), Lại gần hôn anh (2011), and Mắt Biếc (2018). Kiều has performed extensively, including tours in Eastern Europe, America, and Australia. He is a tenor and one of the exclusive singers of Thuy Nga Center.
