อิทธิ พลางกูร

เอกชัยวัฒน์ พลางกูร (Ekachaiwat Balangura), also known as อิทธิ พลางกูร (Itti Balangura), born on January 30, 1955, in Thailand, was a Thai musician, singer-songwriter, and music producer. He began his career with The Bless, a band featuring future notable musicians, while studying architecture at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. In 1988, he released his debut solo album ให้มันแล้วไป Volume 1, which included the hit song "เก็บตะวัน", becoming his signature tune. His subsequent albums include ไปต่อไป (1989) and อิทธิ 3 เวลา (1990). Balangura was known for his emotive ballads and collaborations, including a special album with Thierry Mekwattana from Carabao. He left RS Promotion in 1997 to establish Music On Earth, and later returned to RS Promotion due to health issues. He passed away on November 11, 2004, at the age of 49, following a battle with colon cancer.
