Viktor Vladimirovich Saltykov (born 22 November 1957, Leningrad) is a Soviet and Russian singer. He began his musical path during his military service in the German Democratic Republic (1977–1979), where he performed in an army band. Saltykov gained prominence in 1983 with the rock group Manufaktura, winning the Grand Prix for best singer at the first Leningrad Rock Festival. In 1984, he joined the group Forum, performing his most recognized songs, including "White Night" and "Little Island". He became a member of Electroclub in 1987 before launching a solo career in 1990. His solo discography includes studio albums such as Армия любви (1991), Серебряный ветер (1993), Шаг за шагом (1999), and Новое и лучшее (2011).
