Klaus Florian Vogt is a German opera singer. Initially studying horn and performing with the Philharmonisches Staatsorchester Hamburg from 1988 to 1997, Vogt concurrently pursued vocal training at the Musikhochschule Lübeck. His operatic career began in 1997 at the Landestheater Flensburg, followed by a move to the Dresdner Semperoper in 1998. Vogt's breakthrough came with his debut as Lohengrin at Theater Erfurt in 2002, leading to international acclaim and performances at prestigious venues such as the Metropolitan Opera (debut 2006), Royal Opera House, Mailänder Scala, and Wiener Staatsoper. His repertoire expanded to include roles like Stolzing in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, Parsifal, Siegfried, and Tristan. Vogt has also released several albums, including Helden (2012) and Wagner (2013).
