Dave Kilminster is a British guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer. He began playing piano as a child and later learned to play the guitar. In his youth, he sang in a quartet. Kilminster's breakthrough moment came in 1991 when he won "Guitarist of the Year" in a competition organized by Guitarist Magazine with the instrumental song "Sundance." He released his debut album, Playing With Fire, in 1996. From 2006 to 2008, he toured with Roger Waters on The Dark Side of the Moon tour, and from 2010 to 2013, he was the lead guitarist for Waters' The Wall Live tour. Notable albums include Scarlet, released in 2007 and ...And the Truth Will Set You Free... in 2014.
