Pink Project was an Italian musical group formed in 1982 by composer, keyboardist and producer Stefano Pulga. The ensemble emerged from Pulga’s club‑night mixes, and their breakthrough came with the 1982 single "Disco Project", a hybrid of "Another Brick in the Wall" and "Mammagamma" that achieved chart success across Italy and parts of Europe. Following this hit, the group released the studio albums Domino (1982) and Split (1983). In 1983, Pink Project also released singles such as "Stand by Every Breath" and "Smoke Like a Man". They disbanded that same year but reformed briefly from 2017 to 2019.
