Luigi Piscopo a.k.a. DJ Gi (Naples, 19 August 1988) artistically born in 2008 in Second Life (the popular 3D virtual world). After several experiences as a deejay in virtual clubs of Second Life, on March 10, 2010 the artist opened his first official fan page on Facebook where he began earning his first supporters. In the same year, he made his first experience as a deejay live in Naples. After various musical realizations, in January 2011, DJ Gi began to self-produce his musics and these are now available in the best music stores. On May 2,
2011 he decided to join the SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) in the Music section as Author and Composer. With hard work, commitment and dedication, DJ Gi claims his presence on the web and in major social networks. In 2012, he made his first TV appearance on a local network. Several are his collaborations with well-known artists such as Bia, Kino Di Balla, Little Nancy and Absolutely Daniel. Among his most popular songs include definitely "Mr. Summer", "Cause I Love You" and "So High". Also popular are his two remix "Doesn't Matter" and "California Style" (songs of the punk rock Piedmont band "Fortune For Tune") produced for the famous YouTuber "Daniele Doesn't Matter". From his productions it's easy to realize his predilection for electro house music. All his releases seem to have a common thread: "haunting melodies" and "energetic grooves".
