The Dopamines, an American punk rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio, formed in late 2006 by Matt Hemingway (drums), Jon Lewis (guitar, vocals), and Jon Weiner (bass, vocals). Their debut self-titled album Dopamines was released in 2008. Later that year, the band played at Insubordination Fest in Baltimore, which led to a live CD/DVD release titled Live from Baltimore (2009). They also released the EP Soap and Lampshades in 2009. In 2010, they released their second studio album, Expect the Worst, and toured with Less Than Jake. Their third album, Vices (2012), was produced by Matt Yonker. The band released further albums, including Tales of Interest (2017) and 80/20 (2024). In 2024, Weiner announced his departure from the group.
