B.O.S.S.

B.O.S.S Soundsystem is an extension of JoeyStarr's B.O.S.S label, the initials of which stand for Boss Of Scandal Strategyz. The B.O.S.S Soundsystem collective includes JoeyStarr himself, Nathy BOSS, DJ Naughty J and DJ James. The albums Boss Of Scandal Strategyz vol.1 (1999), Boss Of Scandal Strategyz vol.2 (2000) and Opus 3 (2004) are compilations of the B.O.S.S label and not of B.O.S.S Soundsystem, which is dedicated exclusively to live performance. Blending rap, zouk, dancehall and all forms of urban music past and present, B.O.S.S Soundsystem sets the mood wherever they play, as they did in July 2010 at the B.I.G festival in Biarritz (Pyrénées-Atlantiques).
