Eddie Halliwell, born in Wigan, England, is a British electronic dance music disc jockey and record producer. He started as a "bedroom" DJ, later gaining recognition for his mixing abilities and turntablist scratching. Halliwell's first Ibiza residency began in 2001 at Judgement Sundays, followed by a stint at Cream in the Amnesia club. His breakthrough came with Bosh! 12 Sizzling Bangers in January 2002. Halliwell earned multiple placements on the DJ Mag top 100 DJ list, peaking at number 16 in 2007. He hosted dance music shows on BBC Radio 1 from 2005 to 2008 and performed for the Pete Tong Essential Mix show. In 2011, Halliwell released his debut single "Neon" and started the record label FIUR. His album Toolroom Knights, released in 2012 under Mark Knight's Toolroom record label, charted at number 28 in the UK Dance Album chart.
