Killola was an American rock band from Los Angeles, formed in 2003 by Lisa Rieffel on lead vocals, Dan Grody on drums, and Johnny Dunn on bass and guitar. Their early releases included a free four-song EP distributed at local venues. The group's first formal album, Louder, Louder!, was released in 2006. In 2007, Killola embarked on their first UK tour, which pre-empted their first US tour. Their second studio album, I Am the Messer, was produced by Luke Tierney and distributed on USB flash drive wristbands called 'Digital Arms bRACElets'. In 2010, they announced the release of Let's Get Associated on a USB dog tag flash drive. Killola performed via a live-stream from inside the album in 2010, marking the world’s first ever live-streaming performance from within an album.
