Aniada a Noar, translating to "everyone a fool" in West Steirian dialect, is an Austrian folk music group from Styria formed in 1981. The band evolved from Folkfriends, which initially played Western and country music. The addition of Michael Krusche shifted the band's sound towards traditional folk. By 1985, they adopted the name Aniada a Noar and began incorporating Austrian folk music into their repertoire. Their debut album, Aniada a Noar, was released in 1987, followed by notable releases such as Geduld Geduld (1989) and Die Hupfade (1993). In 2004, they expanded their sound under the name Polka Potente. The band celebrated their 25th anniversary with a concert at the Grazer Orpheum in 2008 and released a documentary film, Noarnfülm, in January 2009.
