Deine Jugend is a German electro-pop-punk band from Mannheim, formed in 2008. The group was established by Laura Carbone, Wolle Maier (also known as D.Havana), and Tim Eiermann (performing under the name Tim Bonassis), who had previously performed with the band Liquido. The ensemble’s repertoire includes songs with both English and German lyrics. Maier left the group prior to the release of its debut studio album. The band released its debut EP, Deine Maske, in 2010 through MFM Entertainment. This was followed in October 2010 by the release of the group’s first studio album, Wir sind deine Jugend. The ensemble performed in various clubs and bars across Germany and internationally, including dates in Milan and Zurich. On September 20, 2013, the group released the single "Serotonin". This served as a precursor to their second studio album, also titled Serotonin, which was published on November 8, 2013, through Wolfpack Entertainment.
