Caravan of Thieves is a gypsy-swing group from Bridgeport, Connecticut, formed in 2008 by Fuzz Sangiovanni and Carrie Sangiovanni. The duo began performing together after discovering their harmonious vocal blend. They released their debut album, Bouquet, in 2009, followed by Mischief Night, recorded live at a sold-out show in Fairfield, Connecticut, in 2010. In 2012, Caravan of Thieves signed with United for Opportunity and released The Funhouse. The album's first single, "Raise the Dead", featured a communal sing-along feel and was accompanied by a music video filmed in an old theater and cemetery. The group has toured extensively with notable artists such as Emmylou Harris, Dan Hicks, and Glen Campbell. Their theatrical performances invite audience participation through stomping, clapping, and singing along. In 2015, they released Kiss Kiss under the label Buskaroo.
