Toys That Kill is an American punk rock band from San Pedro, California, formed in 1999 from the remnants of the band F.Y.P.. The founding lineup included Todd Congelliere, Sean Cole, Chachi Ferrara, and Denis Fleps, with Jimmy Felix later taking over on drums. The group released their debut album, The Citizen Abortion, in 2001 through Recess Records. Their discography includes the albums Control the Sun in 2003, Shanked in 2006, and Fambly 42 in 2012. Since 2000, the band has performed annually in the United States and has completed multiple tours of Europe, and once in Japan. In 2014, they released a split 7-inch record with the band Joyce Manor. The group continued their recording career with the release of Sentimental Ward in 2016 and the studio album Triple Sabotage in 2026.
