Cameron Stallones, known professionally as Sun Araw, is an American musician from Austin, Texas. He began his music career as a member of Magic Lantern before releasing his debut album, The Phynx, in 2008 under the Not Not Fun label. This was followed by several albums, including Beach Head (2008), Heavy Deeds (2009), and On Patrol (2010). Notable releases include "Off Duty" (2010) and "Thanks and Praise" (2012). In 2012, Sun Araw collaborated with M. Geddes Gengras and The Congos on Icon Give Thank, which reached number 7 on the Billboard Top World Albums chart. His musical style is characterized as experimental, incorporating elements of neo-dub and psych-rock. Sun Araw has also worked with various artists, including Pocahaunted on the album Passage.
