L'invasione degli Omini Verdi, an Italian punk rock band, was formed in July 1999 in the province of Brescia, Lombardy. The group initially consisted of Maurizio on drums, Alessandro as the singer, Patrick on bass, and Peco and Fano on guitars. Their first official album, Veniamo in pace, was released in 2001. During a tour in 2002, Peco left the band, leading to the addition of Gio on guitar, allowing Alessandro to focus solely on vocals. The lineup remained stable thereafter. The band continued with subsequent releases including Non è un gioco (2003), Contro (2005), Mondo a parte (2007), Nel nome di chi? (2010), Il banco piange (2013), and 8 bit (2019). L'invasione degli Omini Verdi is known for their association with other prominent Italian punk rock bands such as Derozer, Punkreas, Porno Riviste, Shandon, and Cattive Abitudini.
