Consciência Humana, a Brazilian rap group formed in São Paulo's East Zone in 1990, was founded by Preto Aplick, W.G.I., and DJ Andermad. Their debut album, Enxergue Seus Próprios Erros, was released in 1995 and included hits like "Tá Na Hora" and " Sangue B". In 1995, they established their own label, DRR (Defensores do Ritmo de Rua Productions), releasing the single "Lei da periferia". Their second album, Entre a Adolescência e o Crime, followed in 1997. The group faced significant challenges, including death threats from police due to their edgy lyrics. In 2003, they released Agonia do Morro with notable collaborations such as Beth Carvalho and Central Faction. Consciência Humana has continued to release music through the years, including the album Firma Forte in 2013.
