Stacy Clark, born September 21, 1980, in Buffalo, New York, is an American singer-songwriter. Raised in Buffalo, Clark was self-taught and quickly gained recognition in the local music scene. In 2004, she moved to California to pursue a career in music, securing a production deal that led to the release of her EP Unusual with producer Ian Kirkpatrick. In 2010, Stacy Clark signed with Vanguard Records and released her album Connect the Dots. The song "White Lies" became iTunes "Single of the Week," garnering over four hundred twenty thousand downloads in a single day. She won 'Best Pop Artist' at the Orange County Music Awards in 2011.
