Ferraby Lionheart is an American songwriter and recording artist born as Ferraby Chase Lizarraga on 1 May 1977 in Los Angeles. Raised in Nashville, he attended The School of the Art Institute of Chicago before pursuing a music career. He achieved professional recognition for a musical style incorporating elements of folk, pop, and rock. He self-released his debut extended play, Ferraby Lionheart EP (2006), which was later distributed by the label Nettwerk Records. His recording career includes the debut studio album Catch the Brass Ring (2007). Following its release, he toured the United States and performed on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He followed this with the studio recording The Jack of Hearts (2010). Lionheart has also established side projects including Oxford, The Left Hands, and Corvet.
