Nir Felder, born on December 30, 1982, in New York City's Washington Heights neighborhood, is an American jazz guitarist, composer, and record producer. He studied at Berklee College of Music from 2001 to 2005, earning several awards including the Billboard Endowed Scholarship. Felder gained recognition as a session musician, collaborating with artists such as Snoop Dogg, Diana Krall, and John Mayer. He won the Grammy Award for Best Jazz Instrumental Album in 2013 as part of Terri Lyne Carrington’s Money Jungle: Provocative in Blue (2013). In 2014, he released his debut solo album Golden Age under Sony Masterworks' Okeh imprint. Felder became a faculty member at the New School's College of Performing Arts in 2016 and an associate professor at Berklee College of Music in 2020.
