Fernando Jose Perdomo, born on August 17, 1980, in the United States of America, is a guitarist and singer. He started his career as a session musician, playing guitar for Miami bands like Avenging Lawnmowers of Justice, Sixo, and Trophy Wife. In 1999, his guitar work was featured in a Pier 1 Imports ad campaign. Perdomo recorded most of the guitars for Cristian Castro's Amar Es in 2002 and toured with Castro throughout Latin America. He played lead guitar and piano for Soraya on her final tour and joined Ed Hale and Transcendence as a permanent guitarist. In 2018, Perdomo released his album Zebra Crossing, recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London, which included a cover of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". He has collaborated with notable artists such as Jakob Dylan, Fiona Apple, Beck, and Norah Jones, appearing in the film Echo in the Canyon and its soundtrack.
