Half of M83 until 2009, Nicolas Fromageau then formed Team Ghost. Part rock, part electro, Team Ghost's debut was dubbed "cold-gaze" by the English press, which is always fond of labels. Nevertheless, this contraction of cold wave and shoegazing accurately reflects Team Ghost's sound. Team Ghost release their debut EP You Never Did Anything Wrong to Me in 2010, then support Crystal Castles on their European tour. Present at Rencontres Transmusicales in Rennes in December 2012, Team Ghost simultaneously released the Dead Film Star EP. This is the last step before the release of the album Rituals in March 2013.
