Pete Heller, born in Brighton, England, is a British electronic and house music producer. Heller's career began to gain traction with his solo work and collaborations, notably with Terry Farley. Together, they released popular tracks under various names, including Heller & Farley Project (or Farley & Heller), Fire Island plus The Look and Feel. In 1996, their track "Ultra Flava" reached number 3 on the US Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and peaked at number 22 on the UK Singles Chart. As a solo artist, Pete Heller achieved significant success with "Big Love", which topped the US Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart for three weeks in 1999 and was ranked by Billboard as the Number 1 dance song of that year. The track also peaked at number 12 in the UK. In 2004, Pete Heller launched his own record label, Phela Recordings, serving as a platform for his productions and collaborations with other artists.
