Fitzgerald Henry, known as The Mighty Terror, was born on January 13, 1921, in Anguilla Village, Arouca, Trinidad and Tobago. He began his musical journey as a child, studying trumpet and singing in church and school choirs. The Mighty Terror's career began in 1947, followed by his debut at the Calypso Palace Tent in 1948 with "Negroes Know Thyself". In 1953, he moved to England where he continued his musical endeavors, recording for Melodisc Records and scoring hits such as "Chinese Children". He was named "Calypso King of Great Britain" in 1957 after the release of "Life in London" and "I'll Walk a Million Miles". The Mighty Terror returned to Trinidad in 1965, winning the Calypso King crown in 1966. He continued performing into his old age before passing away on March 14, 2007, due to throat cancer.
