Jacques Bruna, known professionally as Bleubird, is an American rapper from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Active since 2000, he is characterized by a rapid-fire delivery and freestyle ability. Bruna has toured alongside artists such as Grand Buffet, Deerhoof, and Sixtoo. His discography includes the studio recordings Does Man's Short Life Span Make Any Sense (2002) and Sloppy Doctor (2003). He collaborated with producers including Alias, Astronautalis, and Radical Face to release the studio recordings From Supercold to Superheat (2006) and RIP U$A (the Birdfleu) (2007). His recording career also includes the extended play Sunday Picnic (2002) and the studio album Cannonball!!! (2012).
