Vendetta Red, an American alternative rock band from Seattle, Washington, was formed in 1998 by Erik Chapman, Joseph Childres, Justin Cronk, Zach Davidson, Adam Garcia, and Mike Vermillion. Their debut release, the EP 6 Kisses, A Blatant Reminder of Why We Are Alive, came out in 1999, followed by their first album, Blackout Analysis, in 2000, and White Knuckled Substance in 2001. In 2002, Vendetta Red signed with Epic Records and released Between the Never and the Now in 2003, which charted at Number 1 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers and number 101 on the Billboard 200. The album's single "Shatterday" peaked at number 16 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart. Their album, Sisters of the Red Death, was released in 2005. After a series of lineup changes, Vendetta Red disbanded in 2006. In December 2010, Vendetta Red announced a reunion performance scheduled for March 5, 2011, at El Corazon in Seattle. Although initially planned as a one-off show, the reunion was extended. In 2017, the band announced via Facebook that they had signed with Cleopatra Records and were recording a new album. The album, Quinceañera, was released in 2018.
