ONE DAY CREATURES is an original project inspired by Nick Drake, Thom Yorke, AIR, Radiohead, Daniel Rossen, Fleet foxes, Luke temple, Aldous harding, Sibylle Baier and many others.
I’m fascinated by simple forms of songwriting that still manage to feel original. It’s in this spirit that my songs are born: just guitar and voice, following my intuition and embracing “happy accidents.”
I conceived this album as a journey through all these experiences, always with the desire for each song to have its own universe—somewhere between folk and a slightly polished pop—without setting any limits for myself.
This album helped me realize that the place where I feel best in music is in composition: managing to say a lot with very little.
“Les créatures d’un jour” are those songs that look at us for a moment, only to disappear afterward into our memories.
