Mira Johanna Kunnasluoto, born on January 13, 1974, in Elimäki, Finland, is a Finnish singer known for her versatile repertoire that included tango, evergreens, and pop music. She began singing at home from an early age, inspired by artists like Arja Koriseva, Eija Kantola, Kim Wilde, Paul Young, and Madonna. Kunnasluoto's breakthrough came when she won the prestigious 1999 Tangomarkkinat competition, earning her the title of Tango Queen in 2000. Her debut album, Mira Kunnasluoto, was released the same year. Subsequent albums include Riisuttu (2005), Näytä värisi (2015), and Jouluyö (2015). She has also notably toured the US and Canada with Eino Grön.
