Cream Abdul Babar, band from Tallahassee, Florida, formed in 1994. The band combined elements of punk, metal, industrial, and noise to create experimental rock. Their first release was the EP Chlamydia Lunch in 1995, followed by their debut full-length album The Backwater of Masculine Ethics in 1997. The band toured extensively across the United States, establishing a dedicated following in cities like Atlanta. In 2002, they released their second full-length album The Catalyst To Ruins. Throughout their career, Cream Abdul Babar collaborated with notable bands such as Kylesa and Teen Cthulhu, releasing split albums in 2003. In 2004, Public Guilt released Excavation: 1995-1998, a compilation of their older material. Cream Abdul Babar continued to play occasional live shows, including a reunion concert in Tallahassee on April 8, 2017.
