Scott Reynolds is an American punk rock vocalist from Fredonia, New York, best known for his work with the band ALL, which he joined in 1989 as lead singer, replacing Dave Smalley, and remained with until 1993. During his time with the band, he recorded several releases, including Allroy's Revenge (1989), Allroy Saves (1990), and Percolater (1992), contributing notable songs such as "Dot." After leaving ALL in 1993 due to differences over touring schedules, Reynolds moved to Washington State and formed Goodbye Harry, later relocating to the Buffalo, New York area where he fronted bands including The Pavers and Bonesaw Romance. In the early 2000s, he moved to Austin, Texas, where he recorded more acoustic-oriented material under the name Scott Reynolds and the Steaming Beast, and in 2021 released his first solo acoustic album, Chihuahua In Buffalo.
