Australian pianist Leslie Howard is known as the only person to have recorded Franz Liszt's entire piano repertoire. The project, carried out between 1986 and 1999 and spread over 99 CDs, has earned him the honors of the Guinness Book of Records and the admiration of specialists. In addition to this imposing corpus, the star of the Liszt Year in 2011, Leslie Howard has composed a number of pieces, written and published specialist books and scores, and recorded many other Romantic and modern works.
