Sinan Özen, born March 1, 1964, in Çayeli, Rize Province, is a Turkish pop, folk, and arabesque singer, composer, and songwriter. Özen lived in İzmit and Istanbul before pursuing an education in Rize at the Industrial Vocational High School. A musical journey began with a song contest win in 1981, followed by instrumental training under Süheyla Altmışdört and Irfan Ozbakir. In 1982, Özen was accepted into the Istanbul Academy of Music, graduating in 1988. A professional career launched with the release of the debut album Rüyalarım Olmasa (1989). Other releases include the albums Islak Islak (2004), Aşkın S Hali (2006), and Usta (2011). Notable singles include "Zaman Zaman" (2023) and "Her Aşka Bir Deli Lazım" (2023).
