The ensemble consists of Maija Sariola (soprano), Saima Haapanen (alto), Jouni Kannisto (tenor), Juha Viitala (baritone), and Tuukka Haapaniemi (bass). Their repertoire includes both Finnish and English pop music, often self-arranged or composed. The group released their debut album Ensi-ilta in 2004 on Universal Music. They followed with Uni in 2006. In 2009, they signed with Warner Music Finland and released the album You're the Voice, followed by a live album of the same name in 2010. Their subsequent albums include Ihmiset (2011). Club for Five has performed with notable ensembles like The Manhattan Transfer and made their North American debut at Festival 500 in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador in 2009.
