Aidan Yagu is an AI-driven artist, though not in the way most people assume. Life took me down a different path than being a musician, and I’d never call myself one. I’m fine with the AI artist label, even if it comes with a certain stigma. My music isn’t about trying to prove anything—it’s a way for me to process the world around me and put my thoughts into something tangible.
I write my own lyrics, mostly as a form of therapy—to let off steam, to express frustrations, and to reflect on what moves me, bothers me, or makes me happy. Music has always been a medium I believe in, and AI helps me bring my ideas as close to reality as possible. I use it as a tool, not a replacement, shaping each track into something meaningful rather than just generating content.
My songs tackle themes like societal division, nostalgia, political absurdity, personal growth, and the search for truth in a chaotic world. I release 1-2 new songs each month, carefully crafting each one to be unique and as close to the real thing as I possibly can. Blending hip-hop, jazz, blues, and soul, every track is its own experience.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: if making these songs helps me, maybe listening to them will do something for you too. And if nothing else, I hope you find them as entertaining as I do creating them.
